President Denish opens the meeting with approval of an amendment to the bylaws.	Tresurer Earl checks out the receipts for lunches while Rotarian David preps his salad.	Club members recognize the guests in attendance for today's meeting.
Rotarianss John, George and J. Leslie recognize Rotarian May Ann's return to club functions.	Overflow crowd finds seating around the tables in the rear of the dining room.	Rotarian Alex intorduces Lt. Gov. Mongiado to the club members and guests.
